Do I need to download an app?
No. The card opens straight in your phone’s browser. Add it to your home screen if you like and it behaves just like an app, without being one.
Is the head start really free?
Yes. Everyone who joins while we’re launching starts with 3 stamps already on the card, so your free coffee is ready right away. There’s nothing to buy to unlock them.
How do I collect stamps?
Open your card and show it when you order, or scan the QR at the counter. We add the stamp there and then, and you’ll see it land.
What do I get, and when?
A free coffee at 3 stamps, a 99p soft serve at 6, another free coffee at 9, and a free dessert when you reach 12. Then your card starts fresh for the next one.
I changed my phone, is my card lost?
Not at all. Open the join page and use “got a new phone” to have your card emailed back to you.
