The cart
It arrives, and the room changes.
The signature pink gelato cart, transported, set up and staffed by our own team. People photograph it before they have even tasted anything, which is rather the point.
The service
Fully staffed, start to finish.
Three experienced Scoop team members run the service. We bring the cart, the gelato, the cups, cones, spoons and napkins, the menu and allergen signage, and we handle setup, replenishment and clear-down.
The flavours
A tight edit, chosen by you.
Up to four flavours for the day, including a vegan option. Pick from ours, or hand one slot over and we will develop something that only exists for your event.
Your brand
Down to the wafer.
Edible logo wafers, stickered cups, a branded cart fascia, custom flavour naming and launch signage. The cart works as it is. These are for when the day needs to feel specifically like yours.

The signature pink cart, set up in the middle of the shop floor, serving freshly made gelato to shoppers for five days in August 2026. Two pink brands, one very sweet fit.
Colourful gelato, a retail setting and a cart people want to photograph. The queue became the content.

A flavour that only exists for your event.
Concept development, sourcing and test batches, a tasting sample and a refinement round, then final formulation by Maria. It gets a name, signage, and it belongs to the day.
Smaller touches sit alongside it: edible logo wafers on every serving, stickered cups, and a branded fascia on the cart.
